Matt’s healthcare career includes working in dementia care and inpatient medical psychiatry as well as in burn and trauma. Most recently, he worked at the University of Iowa Hospitals with the Internal Medicine Hospitalist Service. Matt enjoys getting to know his patients and making them feel valued. Listening to his patients’ concerns and addressing them is his top priority.
Matt enjoys spending time with his family, being outdoors, and watching Hawkeye football. He is married to his best friend, MaryAnn, and has one daughter. In his free time, Matt loves to work outside, complete home improvement projects, and visit his family in northwest Arkansas and Florida.
