Biography:
A native of rural Washington, Iowa, Sarah FitzPatrick (Greiner) is proud to provide high quality rural healthcare to the Washington community. Sarah began her career in pharmacy at Beans Pharmacy in 2013 as a pharmacy technician trainee, where she continued to practice throughout her professional education and residency training. Sarah’s primary practice interests include: Anticoagulation, Diabetes, Heart Failure, and Polypharmacy. She strives to educate and empower patients to feel confident in their disease state and medication management while living with chronic diseases.
Sarah is an active member of the Iowa Pharmacy Association and also serves as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at the University of Iowa College of Pharmacy, where she is passionate about training the next generation of pharmacy professionals and advocating for pharmacist roles in rural healthcare. She is a member of the American College of Clinical Pharmacy.
Outside of pharmacy, Sarah is an active member of St. James Parish and enjoys volunteering at Earthly Blessings. Sarah and her husband live on a small acreage in rural Washington where she enjoys gardening, cooking, cycling, running, and reading.
