Dana is a Professor at the College of Nursing at the University of Iowa where she teaches future Doctoral Nurse Practitioners. Her specialty areas include pulmonary and Critical care medicine and all facets of chronic illness in the aging population. She enjoys caring for the whole patient and working with families to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.
When Dana isn't at work, her favorite activity is yoga. Also an avid dog lover, she loves the outdoors with a passion, especially with her family. Dana is engaged with three kids.
