How to Register to use Your Patient Portal
To register and gain access to your patient portal, you must provide an email address to the hospital and clinic receptionist at your next appointment.

Patient Portal On the go
WCHC's patient portals are available in the palm of your hands with mobile apps. These convenient health and online wellness apps link you to your secure online Patient Portal. Both apps can be downloaded via the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) on any mobile device.
Your log-in information will match the username and password you created when registered for each individual patient portal.
Clinic Patient Portal - Healow
Enter practice code BJECDA when prompted to log in to WCHC's clinic patient portal via the Healow app.
Hospital Patient Portal - MyCareCorner
Once you are logged in you will be prompted to create a 4-digit pin for simple sign-in for future use.
Please note: You must be signed up for the portal before you can begin to use the mobile app.
