Well Child Visit/Sports Physicals
Children ages 2 and older should wait 365 days between well child checks as most insurances won't cover them if they are less than a year apart. (Please contact your insurance company before scheduling if you have any questions)
Children on Iowa Medicaid insurance plans, including Amerigroup and Iowa Total Care, will not receive immunizations at their well child checks. They must go to Public Health for immunizations.
Adult Physical
Adults should wait 365 days between physicals as most insurances won't cover them if they are less than a year apart. (Please contact your insurance company before scheduling if you have any questions)
Medicare won't pay for a physical, for more information call the clinic.
Dr. Mogassbi (Endocrinology)
Dr. Mogassbi is now scheduling follow-up appointments online.

Flu Shots
The CDC recommends a yearly flu vaccine as the first and most important step in protecting against flu viruses. We offer flu shots at three of our convenient locations. Protect yourself and the ones you love. Get vaccinated today! *Patients 18 and younger on Iowa Total Care Medicaid and Amerigroup Medicaid must get flu shots through Public Health.
