Board of Trustees

Washington County Hospital and Clinics is governed by a seven-member elected Board of Trustees. Our board members are local citizens with a vested interest in the health of our communities. These committed leaders are volunteers who generously give of their time and talents for a four-year term.

Board of Trustee meetings are open to the public and held on the last Thursday of each month beginning at 4:00 pm at WCHC in the Robert Nicola Conference Room.

David C. Bruns Occupation: Financial Advisor, Edward Jones Investments Current Term: 2021-2024 Current Board Position: Chair "Andrew Carnegie once said "Wealth is a sacred trust which its possessor is bound to administer in his lifetime for the good of the community." My question to you is "what is wealth, without your health?" Allow us to keep you healthy!"	Sue Basten Occupation: President/CEO, Washington State Bank Current Term: 2019-2022 Current Board Position: Vice-Chair "I am honored to join the board of the Washington County Hospital and Clinics and hope to serve and support the talented individuals that make WCHC the healthcare provider of choice in our community."
Mike Van Osdol, CPA Occupation: Partner Emeritus, LattaHarris, LLP Current Term: 2021-2024 Current Board Position: Treasurer "I truly enjoy serving on the WCHC Board of Directors. Our community is fortunate to have such high quality health care right here in our own backyard."	Ann C. Williams Occupation: Career Agent, Farm Bureau Financial Services Current Term: 2019-2022 Current Board Position: Secretary "Being a Trustee is something that I take very serious, as Washington is home to all my family and I feel giving back to the community and the hospital is so important. I am excited to be a part of such a progressive board and feel that together we will be able to further the goals of the hospital."
Michael Driscoll Occupation: Owner and Operator, Marshall's Furniture & Flooring Current Term: 2021-2024 "I am excited to join the trustees and welcome the opportunity to use my business skills to help the hospital continue to succeed"	Dave Mitchell Occupation: Owner/Operator, Engineered Building Design Current Term: 2022 (fulfilling 1 year term) "It is my goal to help WCHC continue to build upon the current improvements in process and to encourage continual growth of healthcare in Washington."
