Acute Injury Management

WCHC's Physical Therapists and Occupational Therapists tailor our services to individual patients. This accelerates your recovery time and lets you return to work quicker than ever.

Injury Prevention

WCHC's qualified therapists will complete extensive ergonomic/work-site evaluations. Our experienced Physical Therapists and Occupational Therapists will go to the job site and work with employees, supervisors and management to analyze the worker and work environment in order to identify and reduce risks.

Pre-work Screens

Post offer, pre-employment tests are performed to identify a job applicant's ability to perform the physical demands of a specific job. We have staff trained to develop and administer these tests.

Return to Work Process

Work conditioning is a therapy program designed to improve the employee's strength, flexibility, and aerobic condition through exercises and simulated work functions.A functional capacity evaluation is a comprehensive functional test designed to measure the maximum safe functional ability of an employee across a broad range of physical capabilities. These tests are used as part of return to work decision-making.
