Your e-card/message will be delivered during normal business hours Monday-Friday. However, delays in delivery may occur, especially during weekends and holidays. We will make every effort to hand deliver your message promptly but we cannot guarantee delivery. If a patient has been discharged or we were unable to deliver the message it will be shredded.
