Living Well with Diabetes

Washington County Hospital and Clinics is offering "Living Well with Diabetes," a class designed to give individuals with Diabetes the tools to manage their condition.  This class will be offered here at WCHC from 8:00 am - 3:00 pm in our Education Classroom on the following dates:

  • June 12
  • July 10
  • August 14
  • September 11
  • October 9
  • November 13
  • December 11

Topics will include:

  • What is Diabetes
  • Diabetes Medications
  • Nutrition & Meal Planning
  • Exercise & Activity
  • Stress Management
  • Benefits of Self-Managing your Diabetes

Lunch and learning materials will be provided during this course.

Medicare and most insurances will cover the cost of this class.
